File upload guide:

-Please note the following points before uploading the file.

-The final report and the project completion certificate should only be sent in PDF format.

-A research book is a work in the humanities and Islamic sciences published by one of the reputable Iranian and foreign publishers.

Note 1: Researchers can upload their book's complete electronic file on the festival's website. In this case, there is no need to send a physical copy of the work.

Note 2: If you do not want to send an electronic file, you must send two copies of the physical work to the secretariat's address after registering the work. In addition, to send the physical copy, it is necessary to upload the image of the cover and details page of the book in a PDF file.

 

-Suppose you are submitting a doctoral dissertation or a master's thesis. In that case, only the student's information should be entered in the work submission form, and refrain from mentioning the names of supervisors and advisors.

-If you submit a doctoral dissertation or a master's thesis, you should also send a defense certificate with the defense date in the submitted PDF file.

-The author must also send a summary of his scientific and research records (CV), including published books and papers and participation in domestic and foreign conferences.

-If the works are sent legally, the representative of the sending organization, if he does not have access to the author's resume, upload a file containing the full name and details of the university or institution (address, E-mail, Tel Number, etc.) on one page in PDF format.

-If the selected researchers are willing, the selected works (in the thesis and research project section) will be published as a book.

 

Note 3: Selected researchers are introduced to the National Elite Foundation. After reviewing their research achievements and meeting the required conditions, they can be accepted as members of the Foundation and benefit from its material and spiritual support.

 

Note 4: If several researchers have done the selected research, the prize will be divided according to each researcher's participation. The relevant scientific committee of each discipline will be the authority for recognizing this contribution.

 

Note 5: No researcher will be nominated for two consecutive years to create more competitive opportunities for researchers. But it is possible to choose a researcher alternately.

 

Note 6. The works sent to the previous festival but were not the winners can be sent to this festival.

Note 7. It is forbidden to select selected works and researchers of other approved scientific events (such as the Year Book of the Islamic Republic, Allameh Tabatabai Award, Jalal Al Ahmed Award, and Farabi Festival) in the festival.

 

Please pay attention:

 

• Physical works sent to the secretary will not be returned.

• If the information is not fully loaded, the research work will not be included in the review process.

• Necessary uploading items: Completed worksheet for sending research work with the researcher's image / Submitting the work.
