The special award "Best research in the field of communication and information system of the executive branch" was added to the list of awards presented by the 16th International award on Cultural Research.

Superior research award in the field of communication and information system of the executive branch will be granted to selected works with approval of the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance and the head of the festival, as well as the support of the Secretariat of the Government Information Council.

Following the promotional programs of the Government Information Council in order to improve the media structure of the government and considering the importance of developing and synergizing cooperation with the scientific community as well as researchers in the fields of communication, information, media, advertising and public relations, for the first time an award on the subject of communication and information system was added to International Award on Cultural Research.

This award will be given to the works that have been done in the form of a research project, thesis and dissertation, book, scientific article, and policy report. Practical works containing solutions are given priority.

The most important subjects of this award include:

A. Solutions for reforming, improving and promoting the communication and information system of the executive branch with an emphasis on artistic information.

B. recognition and introducing the ideal model of the government's communication and information system

The 16th International Award on Cultural Research will be held at the same time as the Research Week in December 2023 with the participation of researchers, Scholars, cultural elites and the presence of national officials, professors and domestic cultural experts.
