The winners of the 16th International Award on Cultural Research will be announced on January 20, 2024.

According to the public relations announcement of the IACR secretariat, the closing ceremony of the festival will be held on January 20, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with the presence of the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, local and foreign awardees, and researchers in the field of culture and art at the Vahdat Hall.

In the ceremony, selected works will be introduced in both domestic and foreign sectors. Main topics include culture, art, media and communication, religious and Islamic research, new technologies, and cultural foresight.

In the 16th International Festival of Cultural Research, the "Imad Afrough Award" will also be awarded to the best works in cultural criticism and policy. The special award "Best Research in the Field of Communication and Information System of the Executive Branch" will also be awarded by the Government Information Council to the best research in this field. Also, the country's cultural research pioneer will be introduced in the closing ceremony of the 16th International Festival of Cultural Research.
